- Deepen your understanding and experience of NVC
- Explore your own life situation on an NVC Dance Floor
- Learn about a methodology you can use in your practice group
- Get to know 3 of the NVC Dance Floors
 
1) The Self Empathy Dance: For shifting from your judgmental mind to your authentic self, from swirling emotions to feeling centred, from stuckness to solutions.
2) The Anger/Shame Dance: For transforming a surge of anger and/or guilt, shame or depression, into self-connection and empowerment.
3) The 13 Step Dance: For trying out a conversation that you are avoiding, or re-visiting one that went badly wrong to explore how it could have been different.

April 11-20, 2012: INTERNATIONAL INTENSIVE TRAINING - GermanyReimlingen, with John Kinyon, Klaus Karstädt and Marianne Göthlin

This International Intensive Training (IIT) is a 9-day, Nonviolent Communication “immersion experience.” It is a residential workshop led by a team of experienced CNVC certified trainers. The purpose of this IIT training is to offer people the opportunity to live the process of Nonviolent Communication in community over an extended period of time, in order to develop Nonviolent Communication knowledge, skills and consciousness.
